Strategy Management

Covers the process of examining both present and future environments, formulating the organization’s objectives, and making, implementing, and controlling decisions focused on achieving these objectives in the present and future environments. It includes strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy action plan, and managing strategy performance.

The strategy execution can be measured in terms of cost and delivery of benefits. Business Planning

Enables the organization to perform planning, budgeting, financial forecast to align with the corporate strategy over a multi-year period, visualize results, and take corrective actions. Business planning module has two major components to it, and they are: Business Planning and Financial Planning.
 
The business planning component is a high-level set of programs that are formulated to execute the output of the strategy management i.e. action plans. Each program may have a relative financial impact that is catered in the financial planning components.
