Ashraf Zaghloul founded NTG International in 1992. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications from the University of Cairo and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba. He has been involved with information technology and communications since 1981. Ashraf has held senior management positions at, and consulted to, many major private and public sector corporations in the areas of data and voice networks, and Internet/Intranet.

Kristine Lewis has extensive experience in the management and operation in the IT and telecom industry. She has been involved in the management of NTG since its founding in 1992.

Chairman NTG Egypt

Adel Zaghloul serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NTG Egypt, a subsidiary of NTG Clarity. He is the former CEO of Olympic Group and has extensive senior executive management experience. In 1988, he joined General Electric where he was Regional Manager and later Executive of the Middle East and Africa Region. In 1997, he pursued a challenging position as CEO of Ghabbour Group, the largest truck, bus and car manufacturer in Egypt. He joined Olympic Group in 1999 where he was CEO. Mr. Zaghloul has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cairo.

Gamal Metwally has over 35 years of experience in innovative solutions and senior management. He led several teams developing Software Products, IT, IoT and Telecom solutions and leading business development globally and leading NTG Health Solutions line of business. He has held progressively senior positions in software development, integration, testing, operations, product management and project management at IBM and Nortel Networks. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication from the University of Alexandria.

Adam Zaghloul is in charge of corporate development, strategy, planning and investor relations for NTG Clarity. He has a BASc in Chemical Engineering, Sustainable Energy from University of Toronto and has been involved in a number of technology startups.

Yaser Yousef is a senior manager and network architect with over 20 years of Telecom and IT experience and extensive experience in business and system analysis and software system design in telecommunications industry. His expertise covers telecom network design, process and procedures and reengineering, OSS system architecture and design and data modeling.

Fouad is an experienced executive with over 30 years in the Business Automation and Telecom industry, including five years as a start-up founder and CEO. Backed with an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management, Fouad brings a unique blend of strategic vision, innovative thinking, and leadership excellence. His strengths lie in crafting and executing growth strategies, fostering high-performance teams, and aligning technology with business objectives to drive substantial results. Fouad has been recognized for his ability to transform technology into business success and to inspire teams to achieve collective goals.

Mohamed Fouad is the Senior Vice President at NTG Clarity in Saudi Arabia, where he leverages over 25 years of experience in the software industry. With 12 years of experience specifically in Saudi Arabia. Before joining NTG Clarity KSA, he was the software Development Manager at TATWEER Company ( KSA ) , NTG Egypt and held the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at TAWASOL Company. Additionally, Fouad has a strong background in software development and mobile applications from his position at Harf and Sakhr company .

Medhat Helmy is the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at NTG Clarity, where he oversees operations for the Egypt branch. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (1991) and a Doctorate in Business Administration (2021) from Ain Shams University, an MSc in Telecom Engineering from Cairo University, and an MBA from ESLSCA University (2015). Helmy has a strong background in software development, team leadership, and project management, having previously served as a Strategic Planning and Performance Manager at Telecom Egypt and held key roles at Sakhr. He is also certified in PMP, eTOM, and ITIL, underscoring his deep expertise and commitment to industry excellence.

With over 23 years in the telecom and IT industries, Walid has held significant roles at Arab Tell, Siemens and Nokia, including managing major telecom projects and customer relationships. His career began at Siemens in engineering and project management. Walid is known for his expertise in business development and establishing key industry alliances across the Gulf and MEA regions.

Izzat Al-Kilani is the Financial and Administrative Manager at NTG Clarity, where he has worked since late 2010. Over 14 years, he has managed all accounting and financial operations. Before joining NTG Clarity, Izzat gained extensive experience in Saudi Arabia, starting as an accountant at Al-Harbi Commercial Establishment and later advancing to Financial Manager. He also worked at Al-Juraisi Group, where he rose from accountant to Accounting Manager
